Work attitudes and stress among employees can been seen through particular actions.

Its important for both employers and employees to be aware of the signs that indicate employees are feeling stresed.

A healthy work environment is one that supports each employees psychological needs of feeling competent, relatedness and autonomy.

It becomes obvious that employees are feeling "stressed" when:

- Their performance decreases.

- When sick days increase.

- When jobs do not get completed on time.

- Irritation and anger between employees.

- When problems are ignored, rather than dealth with.

- When employees blame others, rather than taking on responsibility to fix problems, issues.

- When an employee is late to work on a regular basis.

All of the above signs could indicate that an employee is not satisfied in their job, are over worked, and generally something is wrong.
