The instructor may keep giving instructions, but the question is, how many people are actually able to ‘go deep inside’?

* Read a book. A good book will let you shut off your mind from your worries. There are books that are meant specifically for relieving stress. These help in keeping your mind off for some time and also teach you new ways to relieve stress.

for stress relief. It promotes the release of brain chemicals and hormones that are responsible for elevating moods. Incorporate humor in your life and see how easily you can attain a positive attitude. You can also develop strong bonds with those whom you laugh with. If you really get going, laughter provides a reasonable amount of physical activity, also.
* Take up a hobby and see the difference it makes. Gardening, music, sketching, sports or whatever else that interests you will help you to forget your worries for the time you are involved in them. Make sure that you allocate time to your hobby on a regular basis.
