There are many alternative therapies as ways to relieve stress and they can all make a large difference in your daily life. Each one, in their own unique way, helps to alleviate pressures from the stressors of your every day life. There are a variety of relaxation techniques to choose from.

Most conventional strategies focus on healing the mind and body as separate units. However, research has shown that even stressful thoughts affect the functioning of certain organs and systems of the body.
