Think Right Now Review
Does Mike Brescia’s Program Work?
The Think Right Now behavior program modification by Mike Brescia is one of the most popular self-help programs on the market. While you can find other cognitive behavior modification programs in books and on CDs, Mike Brescia’s behavior modification program has a somewhat different twist. And, his fun to use self improvement and motivation program is getting results! Mike has combined Baroque music (long known to enhance learning), repetition, and empowering statements, to get a powerful and effective combination that can’t be found elsewhere!

Mike Brescia's
Think Right Now
has over 25 different programs to help you change your thinking and behaviors--for the better.
Think Right Now - What to Expect
The Think Right Now programs don’t give you the “how-tos” (That’s what therapists need...) and they do not use subliminal suggestions (because they simply don’t work!).So what can you expect? Each program has a similar format, and you’ll find each has: - Baroque music - The first part of the program is designed to get you relaxed. It uses relaxing music.
Baroque music has 55-60 beats per minute, and your heart actually starts to keep beat with the music. Your body relaxes and becomes tuned in to suggestions.... - Repetition - A soothing voice will repeat statements 3 times each, but each time with a different inflection. These statements are designed to help you release or get rid of “bad” programming (years of thoughts that were self-destructive), and replace the old thought patterns with new ones that are healthy and positive.
Sleep - No, it doesn't put you to sleep. But, if you simply can’t find the time to listen, the process works even better while you are sleeping. That’s because, as you listen to the relaxation section, your brain goes into a rhythm known as the Alpha brainwave state. This state is where you have increased memory or recall and you learn at an accelerated rate. Even better, if you use the programs while you sleep, you are also taking advantage of Theta waves, using the part of the brain where deep emotional changes take place--quickly. The combination of the two learning processes makes for an incredibly powerful learning system!
How Does the Program Work?
The Think Right Now program uses a system called Suggestopedia, which was developed by Bulgarian Dr. Georgi Lozanov. Dr. Lozanov actually found a way to increase learning and retention--by 5-10 times the normal rate of learning. Currently, his method is being used by: - Colleges and universities worldwide to help students learn faster, retain more of the information that they learn, and also reduce stress around exam time.
- Foreign language learning - Using the system, students can learn up to 1000 words a day. This speeds learning a new language to weeks or months--instead of years.
- Corporate training courses - The system has been used to train professionals in established companies like Hewlett Packard, AT&T, Bell-Atlantic, Eastman Kodak, Westinghouse and Safeway.
- Olympic winners - The system has also been used in sports with winners of Olympic medals.
Mike Brescia used the very same Suggestopedia system to develop his effective Think Right programs.

How Effective is Think Right Now?
Using traditional methods, and spending years in therapy can get results. Persistence is key to your success, and many people have been able to turn their lives around--but it does take a lot of dedicated work, and the process can be slow.Mike’s Think Right program, on the other hand, gets results quickly. In fact, I am amazed at how quickly the program gets results! Most people start to feel differently within a week or two--many within days! Having worked in mental health for years as a therapist, I can tell you that, this is fast--very fast! And the results are lasting. The truth is, that, once you change your thought patterns, your new thought patterns become automatic!
