Stress Relief Games


Take a break throughout the work day to manage your stress levels. These stress relief games just might do the trick.

We all know that carrying around the burdens of stress can cause detrimental affects on our health and wellbeing.

So, if you're experiencing stress symptoms such as headaches, tight shoulders, insomnia, etc... then it's time to do some stress management.

Managing stress levels doesn't have to be a complicated process. Simply throw in some fun and entertainment throughout your day and whammo... you're balancing your stress levels.

Bunch the balls according to color and collect the points.



Push all the grey colored blocks into the yellow holes. Move your penguin with the arrow keys. Be careful not to put the blocks in a spot where you can't get at it! You also have the choice of turning off the music.
