- Massage - Massage is one of the relaxation techniques, and stress is quickly relieved by massage. If you can’t find the time to get a regular massage, why not consider getting one of the wonderful massage chairs on the market? They’re almost as good as a good masseur.
- Aromatherapy - burning essential oils and candles can be very calming. Try this relaxation technique--while you soak in the bathtub!
