We are not taught (in school or at home) how to avoid relationship problems and issues, and often we value physical attraction over more substantive qualities. In fact, far too many marriages end in divorce, with partners wondering exactly what went wrong. And many relationships break up—even before they reach the marriage stage. But the good news is that you can learn new ways of coping and re-program your mind so that you have healthy problem-solving skills and you have healthy ways of interacting with others. In other words, you can improve your relationships!

Healthy relationships require commitment by both partners.

But it requires that you both work hard to make your relationship work well. Many others have done just that—and they have saved their marriage or relationship—or they have dramatically improved it! While relationships can be stressful, you can get through anything with a good stress management program in place. There are many ways to relax, handle anger and problem-solve in a calm manner. Coping with stress, any stress, can be done. And you can do it in a relaxed manner, if you use the right stress relief tools…
